I know I left you hanging with this outfit, I just haven't gotten the time to take photos at all lately. So here's a quick outfit post for my LAST summer outfit! I can't believe it's already September, but can't wait to start putting together some Fall outfits. Hope everyone has a great weekend, especially those enjoying a loooong weekend! Yay, I needed this extra day off so bad.

I wanted to end the Summer '11 Inspiration series with a bang, and go where I hardly ever dare to go - Pink. I am not a much of girly girl when it comes to my clothing, and it's not often that I reach for that pink top in the back of my closet. Since Fall is undoubtedly on it's way, I thought I'd go for it before it's too late.

I'm trying to enjoy every last minute of summer before it's too late, so I thought I'd go for a punch of red just so I could wear my favourite lipstick again. You will be seeing much more of this beauty coming up! But that'll have to wait until next week...be patient my little lambs.

I got to spend the afternoon sailing and catching up with some old high school friends, Amanda and Danielle from Hellodenj yesterday which was quite lovely. I was a little sea sick though which totally sucked but thankfully I made it through without tossing my cookies overboard. Hope you all are enjoying the last of these summer days! I spent a beautiful day with my fiance at our favourite local park and enjoying the summer weather while it's here. It was the perfect way to spend my day off. Going back to work after a 3 day week is going to suck. I wish I could just vacation the whole summer... dreams do come true right? Isn't that what they say? Well I hope all you lovely people had a great weekend and an even better week.

I always love Free People's looks, but have never attempted them myself. Until now. I thought I'd start off with a super easy and casual look. I love my black maxi for it's versatility and comfort so it was a must.

I wanted to play around with the tuille curtains we have hanging off our deck for a change of scenery, and it made for a good time!  I haven't pulled out the 'ole glasses for a while so I thought I'd throw them on for ya as well. I got these new black shorts the other day with the intentions of wearing an outfit such as this for a summer work outfit, but I think they're a little too short for my comfort level. I'd prefer to not have people staring at my legs all day... or ass for that matter. Well feast your eyes blog lovers, cause it's your little treat for the day.

Eye-eye captian! I felt like a little sailor in this top... too bad I don't have a sailboat. I have always dreamed of going on a sailboat. It just sounds so romantic doesn't it? Well it has been a hot couple of days and I am thoroughly enjoying all of my summery clothes now. It's too bad I only wear some of these cute little tops once a year. Maybe I'll pack it for the honeymoon...
