I came across this collection from Ulla Johnson and wanted to share it with you before Spring is officially over. I love the flowy dresses, and that orange colour is to die for! It has inspired me to add some colour into my summer wardrobe.

Outfit: Spring Neutrals

Friday, May 19, 2017

The weather can be temperamental at this time of year, so I love layering a bunch of neutral pieces to create visual interest. Usually when I think of neutrals, it's black, white, and grey, but I love how this printed dress can work just as well as a neutral base to build off of.

Reem Acra Pre-Fall 2017

Tuesday, January 24, 2017

I have been a long time fan of Reem Acra's beautiful work, and this Pre-Fall collection is no exception. Some dresses have an indian flair to them with beautiful detailed beadwork, others are playful and fun, and the rest - a regal elegance that only Reem Acra can create.

Enjoy some eye candy this afternoon!

You know those girls that always seem to look so effortlessly cool, that's Dree. Her style has been influenced by years in the fashion and film industry, with a twist of her own quirkiness. She is inspiring me to take a more relaxed and fun approach to my wardrobe this winter.

Dree Louise Hemingway Crisman (born December 4, 1987) is an American fashion model and actress and great grand daughter of American literary icon, Ernest Hemingway.

Travel: [What to wear] England in the Winter

Tuesday, November 22, 2016

A visit to England during the winter may get you away from the snow, but that doesn't mean you won't need to keep warm. The weather can be tricky, so I wanted to share some tips to help you pack for a visit to England.

[What to Wear] England

What to pack for 1 week in England

  • You'll want a light jacket, and a heavier one for those colder days.
  •  Sweaters are the key to keeping warm on those cold damp days that you are walking around visiting the sights. I would suggest to bring sweaters that you can layer so that you get the most use out of them.
  • Depending on your itinerary, you'll want at least one nice blouse that you can wear out, and some more casual tees for daytime.
  • Cardigans are great for layering and if you get a day without rain you can venture out without a coat!
  • Footwear can be tricky because you don't want to bring anything too bulky, but keep in mind you will need something comfortable, warm, and practical for the weather.
  • Pack neutral bottoms such as leggings and jeans to be able to work with any outfit. And throw in something different like a dress or skirt if you want to dress things up a little.
Other:
Tights, Mittens (hat optional), and Umbrella.
A couple of scarves to keep warm and change up your look.
