Model: Kate Foley 

Kate Foley is an up and coming British model, working between London and NY. I recently spotted her in the April 2011 issue of Vogue and absolutely fell in love with her. She is a petite model (5' 4"), but her stunning bone structure and gorgeous locks are what make her stand out in a crowd. A quote I loved from her recent Vogue interview was this, "I really like being small, it's a good life down here." There's nothing better than being content with who you are.
