I know I am a little late, but I have been trying to play catch up with all of the fashion week posts and didn't want to miss the chance to post some of these inspiring streetstyle looks.

Style Crush: Duchess of Cambridge
Wednesday, September 28, 2016
I have always been a fan of the beautiful Kate Middleton, now the Duchess of Cambridge.
Since the recent royal visit to Canada, I have once again been captivated by the Princess' beautiful style and thought you'd enjoy seeing a glimpse at some of her stunning outfits from this year as much as I did. Her style is impeccable.
She has had a major impact upon British and American fashion, which has been termed the "Kate Middleton effect",[9] and in 2012 and 2013, she was selected as one of the "100 Most Influential People in the World" by Time magazine.
Middleton became prominent for her fashion style and has been placed on numerous "best dressed" lists.[63][64] She was selected by The Daily Telegraph as the "Most Promising Newcomer" in its 2006 list of style winners and losers.[65] She was featured in People magazine's 2007 and 2010 best-dressed lists.[67] Middleton was named as one of Richard Blackwell's ten "Fabulous Fashion Independents" of 2007.[68] In June 2008, Style.com selected Middleton as their monthly beauty icon.[69] In July 2008, Middleton was included in Vanity Fair's international best-dressed list.[70] In January 2012, she was voted 'Headwear Person of the Year.'[72] Middleton was number one on Vanity Fair's annual Best Dressed lists in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013; she also appeared as the cover star in 2012.[73][74] In June 2016, she took part in her first magazine shoot for Vogue's centenary issue appearing on the cover of the magazine.

Fall trends: Slipdress
Monday, September 26, 2016
It seems that the slip dress is no longer just for the bedroom, and these ladies are showing you how to take it through to your fall wardrobe. This first look is my favourite because it's such a playful way of sneaking in that delicate detail, and not just wearing a nighty over top of your clothes!
Fall Maternity Fashion: 16 weeks
Saturday, September 24, 2016
Size of baby: Baby is the size of an avocado
Weight gain: 6lbs, since I ate my way through the first trimester nausea. I feel like I am on track, but it's a little scary gaining weight so quickly.
What am I wearing: Maternity clothes? This outfit is all non-maternity, but I did buy a few maternity pieces that I am already loving! The difference in comfort in so worth it.
How do I feel: Symptoms? Now that the first trimester symptoms such as nausea and fatigue have passed, I am feeling great! It's funny when people tell you it'll get better once the 2nd trimester comes, but during those first few months, it seems impossible to get there.
Cravings: It seems that cravings are a typical pregnancy symptom, but I have not actually had any at this point.
Gender: Our next ultrasound is scheduled at 19 weeks, when we will get to find out the gender!Movement: Sometime's I have thought that I've felt movement, but it's so early and I really don't know if it was or not.
Sleep: I can usually sleep well, until I have to get to go to the bathroom that is... and then I have a hard time getting comfortable again and can't fall back asleep easily. I know it's only going to get worse so I won't complain about the 9-10 hours of sleep I typically get. I'm enjoying it while I can!
Best moment of the week: Feeling like I actually look pregnant and not just like I have a food baby. I have gotten some double takes and it's quite funny because I am still in that awkward in-between stage.
What am I reading: What to Expect when You're Expecting, Common Sense Pregnancy, Hypnobirthing Book.
Outfit details:
Sweater: Joe Fresh | Tank: Kenneth Cole | Necklace: American Eagle | Leggings: H&M | Slip-ons: Old Navy
NYFW: SS'17 Favourite shows [part 2]
Thursday, September 22, 2016
Though the Oscar de la Renta show seemed a little disconnected, each look was so well thought out and stunning. It went from knit dresses, flowing chiffon, to feathers and evening gowns. Never-the-less, everything was beautiful!
Carolina Herrera had a fresh take on the black and white colour scheme, playing with suiting and business attire and transforming it into something glamourous.
There were so many interesting shapes and angles happening with the Proenza Schouler collection and I loved the way the skirts moved down the runway. One major thing that I wanted to point out in this runway show, was the diversity of models that were represented. It was so refreshing not to just see Black and White, because our world is definitely not that distinctive!
