Three cheers for Spring! I love the fresh green grass that is finally growing and the smell of freshly cultivated soil. As you can see, I live on a vegetable farm, and the fields are being prepped for a summer of carrots! I wanted to take advantage of this beautiful warm sunny day and wear my ruffled top. As I was putting this outfit together, I realized that almost everything is thrifted! This outfit probably cost me under $50, what could be better?
