The days are getting longer, the countdown is getting closer. Things are getting crazy up in here!
The wedding is 4.5 weeks away and I can't even believe it. It still doesn't seem real. We get our apartment this weekend and then it all happens after that. Family is going to start flying in, more showers and lots of things to put on my daily agenda.
So here's what my life has looked like lately and my to do this for this week still. (that's right this week only, there's much more coming once April hits!)

Send out thank you cards from showers Meet with Band to coordinate reception music
Consultation with baker /taste test cupcakes 
Rent backdrops/ arrange setup
Book transportation to airport
Buy centrepiece and ceremony vases
Plan the Mendhi (henna) party
First Dress fitting
Dance lesson(s)
Finish stationary DIY's
Buy gifts for wedding party
P/U marriage license paperwork
Get travel insurance and shots for honeymoon
Finalize ceremony songs/readings
Order flower garlands for Indian ceremony

I'm sorry for my lack of posting lately, things have been realllly busy! I thought since my life is pretty much consumed with wedding stuff right now I'd share what I've been up to.
So this past weekend I had not one, but two wedding showers! It was a lot of fun to get to see family and friends in one place and have them meet each other before the wedding. Shower one was Friday night with my dad's family, Shower two was hosted by Sam's mom and sister with a bunch of their family and friends. I felt very loved by everyone and it makes me really excited for the wedding!
