It was a rainy Saturday so I wore my new trench coat that I got as a gift from my mom from her recent trip to Holland. It is the perfect staple to add to my wardrobe that can be mixed and matched so many ways. I thought I'd throw on the leopard print scarf to create a little bit of visual interest to a classic outfit. I was just wearing a plain black top with jeans and flats, but by adding the jacket and scarf you can get a simple look that's perfect for a rainy day.

I have had this jacket for quite a few years, but I never get tired of it. It's actually a kids jacket from H&M that I snagged at a great price! I am also Loving my Tom's knockoff's, they're so comfortable. It's been rainy and gloomy this whole week, therefore lack of outfit posts and inspiration = a dull (but comfortable) outfit. Come to think of it, this is pretty much my typical weekend outfit. Maybe it's time to spice things up a little, what do you say? Stay tuned.

Three cheers for Spring! I love the fresh green grass that is finally growing and the smell of freshly cultivated soil. As you can see, I live on a vegetable farm, and the fields are being prepped for a summer of carrots! I wanted to take advantage of this beautiful warm sunny day and wear my ruffled top. As I was putting this outfit together, I realized that almost everything is thrifted! This outfit probably cost me under $50, what could be better?

This campaign caught my eye and I couldn't help but share it with you as well. I know this outfit has been done before and you've seen it on every blogger out there, but I just had to show you the amazing pieces I found in my recent Thrift shopping trips. Can you believe I bought these sunnies, the scarf and boots all from Value Village! They are like new! I was so stoked and couldn't help but share them with you. And I'm sorry for the too-short-tshirt-with-leggings look, I got too excited about the accessories and wasn't really thinking about the actual clothes I was wearing, so please don't mind my bum.
