Current Project: Weekend redecorating

We have been living in our apartment for about a year and half now, and I am feeling a little antsy about redecorating for fall and winter. I want our home to feel warm and welcoming, but also young and modern.
We have already painted most of the rooms but now it's all about editing to make it all feel like a cohesive space. I'm hoping to pick up a few new things at our family garage sale this weekend, and spend my Sunday at home redecorating! Hopefully I will be able to show you the results on Monday. Have a great weekend!

Happy Scandinavian Thursday! Today I've gathered some beautiful, crisp bathrooms. The bathroom is a place that I always love an all white palette, especially a brick pattern subway tile! It seems so fresh and clean; two things which I'm sure everyone wants for a bathroom. Enjoy!

One of the things I have always dreamed about when I get older and have kids and grandkids, is to have a cozy little cottage for us to escape to. I have fond memories of my family going on vacation to my grandparents cottage with my aunts, uncles, and cousins. It's a time to relax, rejuvenate, and spend time with loved ones without any distractions.
A Scandinavian cottage would be just perfect!
